We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective, damaged or you don’t like it. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense but a return postage may be reimbursed if the item sent was defective or damaged.

Shipping times vary based on your location as we do ship worldwide from our different warehouses located in the UK, USA and Asia. The average local (UK & USA) and international transit times are only 3-7 business days or even earlier if an item is available in the stock at your local nearby warehouse.
We normally use Royalmail postal service for our UK based customers and most of the items are delivered with NEXT DAY Guranteed delivered.
USA based customers can expect their parcels from USPS or DHL with singed deliveries.
